Little Tokyo hotel rooms a the Ascott

Good apartment with access to great pool and other common facilities. Attendant lives in the same building and was very helpful in many ways!

Breakfast had a lot of international selection. It had a wide spread of buffet. My family loved it. The staff was also kind and did some conversations. We were allowed to watch the World Cup at the lobby lounge. The experience was worth it. They also gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived.

The property’s parking is very tight and challenging to navigate. People with large SUVs need to be aware. Only a slight challenge if you’re a decent driver.

We were 2 families traveling with 2 children, ages 12 & 15. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect. We were able to buy snacks and hosted visiting family in the room for dinner. The hotel is luxurious and the service is wonderful. As the Primea just opened in February, they still have some operational items to work out. It's new, clean, great location, awesome staff. Pool, weight room.

We stayed twice the entire duration of our vacation. And with those times we were there, we are able to witness unfortunate events not within the control of Ascott management. The first incident: my mom had a fall on the lobby, their emergency protocol was prompt, their medical team was very helpful. The second incident was: earthquake on 4/22/19, the management was very prompt to do their evacuation of the residents from the building, their command post outside the hotel was very organized...

Overall experience was great. Perfect location, right across GreenBelt area, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The ongoing renovations (as of April 2017) may be a nuisance for some, but when it is complete, the in-house restaurant will be a little better and a 7-11 convenience store is right beside it. Staff is friendly and security helps you feel safe. Breakfast is much better than before, and food from room service is great! I definitely recommend this place to anyone for location...

Alright, I'll give you 'the good', 'the bad', and 'the ugly'. Savoy is, for some reason, VERY security conscious. They will run a mirror on a pole under your car (and check the trunk) when you pull up. I guess that's good (no, big deal). But, my girlfriend and I went out every day for walks and shopping.
