Place is affordable and the guys working the front desk were always helpful and friendly. Conveniently located a minute away from Rato station and bus stops, and within walking distance of all the big tourist districts but just enough that it's you can open the windows without it being noisy. Would stay here again.

The hotel was exactly what we needed, within walking distance of Lisbon city centre and many things to see on the way there. The room was basic, but then again, while on holiday how much time do you spend in the room?! The staff were top-rate, very friendly and approachable, giving us a map and rundown of the city while we checked in.

I booked 4 nights at V Dinastia, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was small, very dirty, and clearly not properly cleaned, the bedding was stained, there was a bad smell, and dust everywhere. It was impossible to relax, so after two nights I decided to leave and stay somewhere else. I expect a refund for the unused nights since the conditions did not meet basic hygiene or comfort standards. I also contacted Expedia for support, but unfortunately they were unable to help, which made the situation even more frustrating. I’m very disappointed with both the hotel and the lack of assistance from Expedia, and I will not use their service again.

It failed my white napkin wipe test for cleanliness. The desk staff is great. Jose and Tiago helped me with directions and how to use the transportation system and places to eat etc. I think the mattress is the thing they need to improve. The primary reason for a hotel is to sleep and the mattress is worn out. Time to replace it.

Easily one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in-- the kind where you sleep on top of the bed, over all the blankets. Horrid smell, wax (?) on the floors, stains on the sheets, etc. Checked for bedbugs and found a TERRIFYINGLY stained mattress.

We found the beds to be very hard, too hard to sleep on actually. We asked about other mattresses but the receptionist said there were no other types of mattresses in the hotel. The room was also dirty in the corners and the furniture was old and in bad condition

Request a double bed and a crib, got 3 twin beds i

We chose this hotel specifically because it mentioned that they had a baby crib, air conditioning and parking as we needed somewhere to stay overnight to catch a flight in Lisbon the next morning. It gave us the option to choose a double bed or 2 twin beds. We chose a double bed and requested a crib for our baby. When we arrived, they gave a room with 3 twin beds and no air conditioning. The room was tiny, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I had to move one of the mattresses on the floor so that my baby would have a safer place to sleep. We spoke to the peryat the front desk and unfortunately they could do nothing to help us. At least the parking on the street was free because we were not going to spend an extra 9 euros for on-site parking.

Boas condições para o valor pago. A única coisa que ocorreu foi que em vários momentos subia um cheiro do encanamento de esgoto, mas observamos isso em outros lugares de Lisboa, então não sei se é uma questão do hotel ou da cidade. Em relação ao café, estava tudo ótimo! Vale a pena pagar, pois é um valor baixo e tem várias opções.
