Staff were really good apart from the last day. We had ask for take away box breakfast, one being a veggie box but we ended up with 3 breakfast and no veggie breakfast, so we were a breakfast short.

Updated and a good vibe But the bed was not comfortable at all The person in the room above me walked and pounded in the floor late at night and early in the morning very loud and prevented me from getting a good nights sleep. The metro line was also loud and a nuisance until 1:30 AM and then staring up at 5-5:30 am

Great location and contemporary design

Great cozy hotel not too far from main attractions. The chic hotel had a great breakfast and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are small but well equipped. Staff were very friendly. Stayed two nights with an infant and we enjoyed it.

Loved my quiet hotel room and breakfast the following morning. Friendly at reception. Liked the design style of this hotel. Very different to hotel's in Lisbon I had stayed previously.

It was convenient, centrally located, staff was helpful. We enjoyed the balcony the nights were very quiet. Room was clean, housekeepers were friendly and courteous. The front desk staff were helpful, so were the people at breakfast.

Lovely hotel

Friendly staff, lovely welcome with food and drink, comfortable rooms with all i needed, really good bathroom. Breakfast was really good. Breads, pastries, meat and cheese. Cereal and cooked food.

Excellent location near Anjos metro station with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. You can see all of Lisbon walking by here. The modern hotel has clean rooms, a good breakfast, and very professional and friendly staff. The breakfast seating area becomes a bar/restaurant at night. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. In the lobby, you will get pastel de nata and other small sweet treats to welcome you. The area seemed a bit rough, but the hotel was at very short distance to central Lisbon. We had a great stay at LX Soho Boutique and we recommend it.

We had an upstairs neighbor up until 3am and the soundproofing was terrible. We couldn't sleep at all. It was a really rough night. We called the desk at 10:30pm but the sound continued.

This property is very close to the Airport and all the grocery shops are just a few minutes away. Staff is friendly and eager to help. The reason for the three star is due to the fact the rooms are very small and windows face to another big wall. It is ok if you are staying just to sleep in. Not enough space for luggage. If you a have even one big suitcase as is the case with international travelers, there is no space for it. It will not accommodate two big luggage. I am so used to hotel providing small shampoo and conditioners, that I did not bring it. I had to rush and buy them. So keep that in mind if you plan on staying here.

Overall I can’t find anything to complain about. But most importantly, the staff made sure we had a great time. Story time :)… On our first day, the elevator broke for a few hrs and Carlos helped us take our luggage up the stairs 4 WHOLE FLOORS, even when I insisted we didn’t need the help. That first impression was great and the service remained consistently high the rest of our stay. 10/10

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast option was tasty and also very convenient as we had early excursions and breakfast opened at 7am. They let us check in early as we notified in advance, if not they provide luggage storage. Area is safe, it’s a 2 minute walk to the metro station which will get you to the main city centre in 10-15 minutes. Room was quiet and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in Lisbon.

Stunning hotel. The design of it is so lovely, the staff were super friendly and attentive! Made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is a stones throw from a metro station and it was only a short journey down to the coast of Lisbon. Would recommend to anyone!
