I really enjoyed the property. This location is where you want to be considering its walking distance to a numerous amount of tourist attractions. Good food options around. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room. Highly recommend this place and would book with them again

The staff was wonderful at this hotel! So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included and it was delicious and plentiful. They make their own breads and pastries as well. From 3 o’clock on they have coffee, tea, cake, and cookies available in the common room which we also used to play cards in in the evening as a group. The rooms are small, but that was OK with us. They leave you a personalized handwritten welcome card with chocolates on the bed. Nice touch. It’s a very central location, but that also comes with noise from the street which is OK once the windows are closed, but it is directly next to the Santa Justa lift which we could see out our window.
