The staff were kind and helpful. When the AC in our room was broken, they moved us to another room. Salvador and L were brilliant also, we enjoyed their cocktails and drinks.

I hesitate to write this review as I feel selfish and want to keep this hotel gem in Lisbon for me only :) What a GREAT property: great friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is also very well located, 2 minutes away from a major central subway station (Marquês de Pombal) and a close walk to the old part of town (Baixa & Chiado) and to the business district (Saldanha).

Nice Hotel

We stayed at Turim for three nights along with another couple. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the metro and many interesting sights nearby. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome that we immediately felt good about our choice. Initially, we were given a room on the 2nd floor but were kindly moved up to the 5th floor, which was a great improvement. The bar at the hotel was very nice, with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend to anyone planning a city break for a few days. Best regards, Hannes Ellertsson, Iceland
