The place was nice but not the most central location. The girl who checked us in was nice but had no suggestions about local restaurants. It would have been helpful if she had suggested a good nearby restaurant.

Liked that there were vegetable options at breakfast and plenty of choices. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any food for lunch or dinner. Didn’t like the heavy bathroom door and how slippery the shower floor was.

Modern hotel with tasty breakfast!

The breakfast was amazing, really tasty food with several options. The staff was super friendly and always made sure we got everything we needed. The location is also good, since you’re close to two major subway lines.

Staff were extremelly helpful, good location, clean, free breakfast. Staff were very helpful and did not pay for parking as they allowed me to park in the street in front of the hotel because it was weekend.

Hotel close to Marques de Pombal Plaza. Not to close to the noisy area but the walk is good all the way to plaza de comercio Rooms are clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good

Good hotel in a silent area. Room was fine with a bath. Breakfast: very good. Hotel staff is friendly, BUT we asked (twice!) for another cover (blanket), and they promised it but they didn’t bring it. That was bad service. Overall, very good hotel with affordable price.

David and Pedro are wonderful hotel front desk staff. Buffet Breakfast was Amazing and Excellent. Hotel Prices are very reasonable that came with Free Buffet Breakfast and Free Cancelations. I would rate this Hotel, Sana Capitol Hotel, Lisbon as EXCEPTIONAL!

Front Desk Staff, Mr. David, Pedro, Miguel are EXCELLENT! David went out of his way to help us with our Luggages...Made Excellent Suggestions where to go and enjoy Lisbon. Very Kind, and Understanding and Friendly and made our stay so COMFORTABLE. They are all ASSETS of SANA CAPITOL HOTEL. We will give this Hotel a 5 Star! -super central to train/bus to get you to downtown -a few blocks away from the banking area where you can find the multi-banco ATM to withdraw cash -pharmacy nearby -breakfast was decent, regular replenishment. finding a table in the dining space was a bit hellish and I wish there was acknowledgment by the staff there that you are waiting for space. -friendly staff -quiet area but other hotels and restaurants around -room was clean and decent for what it was. The green coloring is a certainly a choice

I don’t want to hold a 3 star property against experiences at 4 or 5 star ones. This is a decent stay for 3 stars. It was clean, the staff were really nice, the breakfast was quite good, and the location was pretty central for exploring Lisbon. The mattress is at the end of life and springy. The architect who designed the place made some stupid design choices for aesthetics than functionality. The bathroom has a glass door and a window into the bedroom. They are both frosted with stripes and it’s way too easy to see directly into bathroom. The glass door not help block smell or sound and if you need to turn the bath light on in the middle of the night, it shines into the room. It’s okay if you’re traveling with a long term partner, but with a friend or new relationship, I think that would be awkward. The room has 3 operable windows, but they are about 3’ wide x 1’ tall and swing so far into the room you can’t get around the bed or leave them open over night. The top one is inaccessible. So, even though it was chilly in February, the room was stuffy.

I enjoyed staying at SANA Capitol as the location was great to get the train, bus and taxis. Good restaurants nearby and shopping as well. The staff were very attentive to our needs and gave us many options for travel to Sintra. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Great location for catching both HOHO companies with <5 min walk. Several Portuguese restaurants and a Burger King (for quick lunch) on the same block. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of variety

A great choice Sana hotels in Lisbon are definitely recommended always had good experiences. The hotel is now older but still well kept . Comfortable stay and I like the fact it has windows that you can open for fresh air!
