Long international flight but hotel arranged transfer was waiting at arrivals which made it easy. Able to check in early, room was small but expected and as per website, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and quite varied with good coffee. Very enjoyable stay!

Great location, and we had a nice view but because it is in the heart of a tourist area it will be noisy if you open the windows or doors to the balcony. Lots of restaurants and bars and shops nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, but unfortunately the shower was moldy, especially along the door. At the price they charge, it should be easily affordable to replace the shower floor because it definitely detracts from the rating and customer’s impression.

I loved this hotel. It is exactly like the marketing photos. Im so glad I upgraded for the city views - the arch. The bed is sooo comfortable? Slept really well. The hotel organised transfers for me to and from the airport - excllent organisation and communication.

AC in the room did not work, presumably as it was spring, but the room was far too hot which made it very difficult to sleep. The room was above a busy pedestrianised street filled with restaurants and buskers, the good thing is you can open the window and enjoy the atmosphere however if you want to sleep before 10pm this would be terrible but if like us you want to enjoy the atmosphere it is fantastic. After 10pm when the buskers stop the room is well soundproofed.
