We arrived at the start of the Coronavirus epidemic, so staff were concerned and not very communacative and possible short handed. Our room in the old part of the hotel was excellent, but little things were amiss, no milk for the Tea/Coffee tray on both nights and we had to ask for it both times. We phoned down to ask if wwe needed to book for dinner and they said no problem, when we arrived 20 mins later there were no tables and one had to be laid in the bar area.

We really loved our room, it was perfect for our needs, as well as very spacious. We woke up to a beautiful view of Lisbon that our balcony overlooked.
