Wonderful Hotel-Friendly Staff!

Our stay at Hotel Principe Avila was very enjoyable. Although we arrived on the same day as the blackout in Portugal, the staff was very accomodating in every aspect of our stay. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to get around town without any issues. The room was clean and very well decorated. We still talk about the chocolate croissants in the breakfast room. Must try the breakfast!

The room was specious, with very comfortable bed, large TV, a Nespresso compatible machine and capsules, good air conditioning, very quiet and secure,. The breakfast was good and many options, very close to the metro to the airport, and the centre. The only thing tha3can be improved is to have different days different breakfast, like one day scrambled eggs, one day fried, one day mushrooms the next beans. We stayed 7 days, and having the same breakfast every day, becomes boring.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The room is comfortable & I love the aesthetics. Breakfast was great! Location is a train/bus ride away from the busy part of the city, but I felt very comfortable & safe going in and out at night. I would definitely stay here again!!
