Great little hotel, right in the middle of Lisbon next to one of teh steepest ex-tramways in the city! Very helpful staff, clean and ideal really for a stay.

For a hotel in the centre of Lisbon this is a great place to stay and good value for money. The room we had was simple, clean and served its purpose well. I would stay her again.

Great location and super friendly staff. good AC and clean. steer away from room 212. bad smell in there. Internet was down for at least 5 days. Would have increased my rating from 4 to 5 star if the internet worked. I would stay there again.

Excellent location that's in the heart of Lisbon - steps away from Avenida da Liberdade, and a slight climb further up the hill to Bairro Alto. The room was spacious, and a heat pump kept the summer heat at bay. The full kitchen would be useful for longer stays than ours was, although I found it odd that there was no small table to eat at, nor was there coffee in the room (the third floor does have a coffee machine that's available 24/7 though. Rossio station is right across the street, so be prepared for the rumble of trains going under the hotel, as well as the flow of lively nightlife well into the wee hours of the morning.

The hotel is brand new and in such a great location! Highly recommend this place, the staff was also really friendly. Only minus was that the room was a bit humid although we used the AC, but that didn’t bother too much.

Loved this hotel, I’d stay here again. Good value for money. Room was great. No breakfast but the nespresso coffee machine was great, you can also get free tea, water and hot chocolate. The staff are so helpful! Only thing I didn’t like: the toilet wasn’t the cleanest

I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a stay in Lisbon. Situated in downtown Lisbon, really close to a lot of the main attractions Lisbon has, also easy and close to Metro. A short walk up the hill so isn’t too bad with luggage which is expected with Lisbon. Rooms were amazing and clean. Also when our tv wasn’t working, it was sorted out swiftly. Shout out to Luige (hope that was spelt correct), all the rest of the desk staff were also great always welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. They also have free drinks included with the stay which was amazing!!

The surrounding area was the worst we all most didn't stay the address is the back of property garfitiy, homeless siting on the stairs where you walked do to get to door. Inside was very clean and new tv went out , but that happens. Staff very nice and helpful

Staff were helpful and friendly. Not particularly obvious to find by the address so check location on map. On a steep hill(cobbled street) , so not ideal for people with disabilities. You cannot get dropped right at door, so short walk up hill or down a flight of steps. However a great location, down and a cross street, loads of restaurants and shops. (can recommend the Arte de brunch for breakfast/lunch) up the hill is the main nightlife area, again lots of nice restaurants and pubs some a bit more dubious than others. Couldn't pick a better location for getting about, Metro and busses at bottom of hill, taxis down hill and down to next square or a slightly longer walk up the street. Would recommend Lisbon nice city and lots to do but streets and paths can be uneven and not the easiest for anyone with disabilities, you could manage but lots of steep hills, stairs and cobbled, narrow side streets and pavements.

Great location. Off a busy street but just a couple of moments to the main hub. Located adjacent to the Gloria Funicular but not far up. Very doable. Hotel has an elevator. On the second floor our room had a door to the outside patio area. Room is basic. AC is DEVINE!! No glasses in the room. Bed was made the 2 nights we stayed but no fresh towels if that makes a difference. It didn’t to us because we don’t do that at home! No breakfast but who cares with all the wonderful options minutes away. Staff stored our luggage for us. Very helpful and the service is 24 hours. Would stay there again and recommend it if you don’t mind a short climb. And if you do mind climbs you really should not come to Lisbon in the first place.

Very difficult to locate. Not for anyone with physical disabilities. OK for one night stay. No sign on the building or on the street to locate the hotel. Bed was comfortable. No storage space. No safe for travelers documents.

The room itself was quite spacious, and we had a kitchenette with a surprisingly high number of pots, pans, and other dishes. Bed was a king, even though it was advertised as a queen, so that was great. But the bathroom was so, so, so moldy and disgusting with a smell so bad that it filled the entire hotel. I would not recommend staying here until they update some of their facilities - there is terrible water drainage in the bathrooms which makes the smells so much worse. Not a great experience, but could be great if they make those updates!

The room was clean and the location of hotel was really good. The hotel was renovated and staff were friendly. The AC was installed in the room and worked properly. The room had downsides too. The beds were extremely small ( 65 cm - 70 cm which is below standard single beds (90 cm) ) - the mattress was made of spring and it was very jumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were high and stiff as well. The property is built over a metro station so you hear and sense the vibration of train moving which is not something they can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper you should know.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, even though we only stayed for one night. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel, as it’s located on a steep pedestrian street. However, the location was convenient since we already knew the area well. Our only complaint was that the internet and WiFi were down throughout our stay. As an international traveler, it’s extremely difficult to not have access to the internet. Fortunately, the front desk staff, including Bruna, was very helpful. They allowed us to connect to their personal WiFi to connect our phones and get directions to places we needed to go.

Great room and staff very friendly and helpful. The area seemed a little sketchy at first especially as we couldn’t get a taxi to the door so had to walk a little distance to get to the hotel. But no problems at all and area was very safe. Very close to the town center and water front nice easy walk.
