We had a great stay here! It’s a perfect location, with lots of amenities close by. We stayed at the very top of the guest house, so there were lots of stairs. We didn’t mind, and we had a great view of the streets below. Highly recommend, and would for sure stay here again!

Located on a lively little square /street in what seemed to be a decent area.There were a number of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I would not recommend if you have any sort of mobility issue as the stairs are extremely steep and there is no elevator. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The room was very charming and comfortable, with a great view from the 3rd floor window. The bed was OK, a little bit hard but I still slept well. It was quiet but you could hear your next door neighbours when they unlocked their door. The shower did have a bit of mould in it. It was my fiancee's birthday and they surprised us with a basket of fresh fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine.

L'appartement était conforme à la description. La porte d'entrée laisse passer le bruit (on a presque l'impression d'être à l'extérieur) par contre la rue est relativement tranquille donc ça ne nous a pas dérangé. L'hébergement est bien placé, le parc tout près est vivant et il y avait même une aire de jeux pour enfants. Les restaurants près de l'appartement étaient intéressants.

Check in was very easy. The hotel messaged us before we arrived to see when we would be arriving and what type of beds we needed in our apartment. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants near by. Our one bedroom apartment was very cute with everything we needed. There was a little noise from upstairs and the street but the bedroom was very quiet and the air conditioning was appreciated. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if we are back in Lisbon

This hotel is wonderfully convenient- it is off a side road from the main artery near the grand canal and 3 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from buses. Walkable to everything, clean and quiet and does have an elevator! Our room was ready on arrival so we could take a little rest before sightseeing. I saw reviews about the value for the money but in my opinion compared to other hotels in Venice, this hotel is a good value. It is nice and location is excellent. Free breakfast also nice.
