Small boutique hotel just off the main street. It was perfect for our stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Nearest metro is a 7 min walk away and its situated between 3 metro stations.

It is a small hotel in a quiet side street, yet giving easy access to local bars and restaurants. There aree 2 metro stations about 10 minutes walk away giving easy access to downtown Lisbon.

Had a great 3 night stay here . It’s out of the main tourist area but we were happy with walking down (30 -40 mins to downtown) and getting an Uber back ( less than 6 euros ) . Very comfortable beds , room for 4 was larger than expected with a big bathroom . Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Places to eat nearby so you can go out local in evening or when you first arrive . Nice air con in rooms plus a small fridge .

Overall good, kind staff

My stay was overall good, the staff was really kind and helpful. However when we arrived at the bathroom the toiletpaper role was oddly wet, the drain in the bathtub was clocked a bit and the showerhead fell down a few times and hit me in the head. (I was not hurt). The beds were comfortable and the cleaning of the overall room was great. The breakfast was great and the staff were constantly aware and the stations were never empty. Overall a fine stay.

I was in the first floor, I couldn't sleep due to anything going on upstairs, any sound you feel like it's happening in the room. Any toilet flash you're aware and maybe rooms upstairs are better God knows but first floor is madness.

Great experience but,

The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was AMAZING but, we paid for 3 rooms and 2 groups could not make it because their planes were postponed in the States because of the terrible winter storm. The hotel would make no accommodation for this situation. The wouldn't even return the value of the breakfast that was paid for for the 9 people who didn't make it. The hotel management should have been more flexible. It may be cultural or poor customer relations. In the States, some allowance would have been made. We had called ahead to notify the hotel of our travel problems.

Achei o hotel excelente, quanto o conforto, a limpeza e até na localização, minha única ressalva foi quanto ao horário do café, que começa muito tarde, as 8:00. Acho que poderia pelo menos começar as 7:00, pra atender os hóspedes que pretendem sair mais cedo para suas programações.
