Lovely hotel and in great area to everything. Breakfast was nice, rooms clean and comfy bed. Tram stops right outside hotel. No coffee facilities in room though but apart from that we had a great stay.

J avais vraiment envie de prendre le temps pour ecrire ce message car l expérience vecue dans cet hotel est exceptionnel. Le personnel est tellement gentil, les chambres grandes et confortable. La propriété rien a redire. On vois bien que ce sont des personnes qui aiment les gens qui s occupe de cet endroit. Et les petites attentions/ recommandations font que chaque client est important. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular Nadia and Samuel. They went out of their way to make time to assist us with advice and recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and transport and always asked about our day when we returned. The hotel is in a good location with the famous 28 tram stopping in the street outside. Our room was a good size with a roomy shower and bathroom and with a balcony. There is a comfortable lounge and outside patio and the breakfast was tasty, varied and constantly refreshed. There are limited drinks available, no bar as such, but there are numerous places in the immediate locality for food and drink. The hotel is a great base to go exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would return.

The Hotel was lovely. Clean with room service every day. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely , breakfast was very good. For me i think they could provide more of a bar for the evening. There basically is no bar, although you could get a glass of wine which came out of a box. That said we would return to this hotel again.

Lovely vibe in the hotel, with comfortable and stylish rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and really make you feel welcome and well taken care of. There is also a nice variety at breakfast every morning. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel and many sights are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Room and everything was as expected. The Room could do with a coat hook. The terrace was actually two balconies rather than a terrace, but depends upon what you define as a terrace (I guess). The lift goes up to the second floor. Very friendly staff. Room cleaned properly every day. Decent breakfast. Good location for evening meals within five mins walk. Central yet away from the main tourist areas.

Super schönes Boutique Hotel in toller Lage im Stadtteil Bica, schöne Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine Suite im Dachgeschoss. Das Zimmer war großzügig und schön geschnitten mit einem großen Sofa, 2 kleinen Balkonen und einem tollen Badezimmer mit Rituals-Produkten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die gerne weiterhalfen und Tipps gaben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A charming boutique hotel with high ceilings and a clean, well-kept feel throughout. The staff was warm, personable and attentive, making the stay feel welcoming and relaxed. Dear Lisbon Gallery House greatly exceeded our expectations! Staff were very kind, welcoming, helpful and patient - always happy to recommend the best food options and things to-do all around the city.
