We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a separate sitting area, a terrace and the comfiest of beds. Located just a 2 min walk from 'Green Street', a series of narrow streets with restaurants spilling onto the pavement for beautiful al fresco dining. There is a steep climb to get to Bairro Alto but unavoidable in Lisbon. We just stopped en route for brunch at one of the many gorgeous coffee shops!

As a first time International Solo traveler, this hotel was everything I could have hoped for. The Staff helped me navigate the Metro and get aclimated my first couple days. Breackfast onsite was perfect and the coffee is to die for. I would highly reccommend Dear Losbon :)

We stayed here for 2 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a walkable distance to the main the points and tram 28 to explore the old town. The receptionists in this hotel are so friendly and catering, they have a lot of time for you and very engaging. The breakfast is continental and varied on both the days during our stay. Overall i recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a cosy vibe, which we enjoyed. Location is good with easy access to many attractions, a lot to explore within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and well presented, everywhere was very clean, staff were very helpful. Would certainly recommend for a short break stay. Would advice anyone with mobility issues to check if suitable as a few steps to negotiate.

Staff are excellent and provide a warm welcome. The hotel is friendly and the amenities are what you would expect. Location is good but wouldn't suit people that find a 20 to 30 minutes walk into the city centre . Public transport ( trams stop outside the hotel ) but are difficult to get on in high season.

Highly recommended!

Highly recommended hotel! Location was good for getting to the various tourist spots - there’s a tram stop just outside and Ubers are really easy to get and not expensive. The rooms were immaculate. We had a room facing to road and expected it to be noisy - it wasn’t. Yes you can hear a passing tram when they’re running but they stop at a reasonable time. Breakfast was excellent and varied a little bit each day. Honestly couldn’t fault it as a choice of hotel. Lisbon is an excellent city break - definitely take a trip to Sintra for a day, trains are easy and frequent.

Great location close to restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated. Tasty, well prepared breakfast. The only downside was that check-in was at 3 pm and they could not make an exception. My daughter had arrived that morning on a red eye flight from the US west coast so of course was exhausted and sleepy. The staff kept encouraging her to leave the hotel lobby to sight see but she really needed to shower and nap. This made for a less than ideal start to our trip. Many hotels have an afternoon check-in time but most find a room for those who arrive early, especially on long flights. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.
