The property contacted us about the check-in progress ahead of our visit. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed including plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, and toiletries; our room was also tidied/cleaned daily and replenished with anything we used. It is also very centrally located - close to many sites as well as multiple metro/train stations. We were impressed with Chiado Dream Apartments and would definitely stay here again if in Lisbon!

The room was well appointed and very clean. The hostess was very helpful! We didn’t get in until midnight due to a late flight and she was able to give us a room that had a keypad entry. The area is exceptional with lots of sights, shopping and eating options.

Beautiful big apartment within a few minutes walking distance to many many restaurants, sights and all the sightseeing spots. A few minutes from the cruise terminal. Extremely well located and appointed. One of the rare places in historic Lisbon where you have two queen beds in the bedroom.

Beautiful room in a great location, easily accessible to the Castle and ferries and main downtown area. Loved the room accept the AC didn’t get down to what it was set at and the bathroom could use a shelf in the shower and by the sink where there is plenty of room to add storage. Also outside was a little loud on the weekend and I had to close the window to help keep the noise out which made the room a little warmer on a June night since the AC doesn’t get cold but probably normal for Europe. Would def recommend.
