The room was super bad, the blinds shut up, the sliding door also the cleaning of the dishes was horrible, under the beds there were pieces of cardboard, the sofa bed broken in the middle, it was horrible I asked for a change of room and they said it was not possible until I talked to Expedia that was where I made the reservation, and when we arrived at the hotel they sent us with a guard to check in, I stayed 🙄🙄 what? 😮 it's serious, I asked for a refund and they didn't want to return it to me, it wasn't even what I had really booked, the only good thing was the view of the fountain of the bellagio, the staff never knew how to give us explanations and they never changed our room, they don't stay in that hotel, at least for me, and my family didn't like it at all
