"The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family! Shedding a little tear as we drive to the airport, it’s not goodbye it’s see you later ❤️"

"My only problem was that we did not get the room we paid $800+ extra (about double the standard rate) to get for our honeymoon. Staff tried to make it right but I’m disappointed and feel misled. However everything else was a 5 star experience. The resort is gorgeous, loved the location l, and the staff was friendly - especially the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant l, the food was insanely delicious. I would highly recommend Mi Amor. Just be aware you might not get the room you paid for by looking at photos. "

"We loved this hotel and would definitely come back. Daily breakfast was included, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You also can park your car for free in the underground parking garage. The only deterrents were that the walls seem thin and you can sometimes hear other guests, and the hotel plays very loud club beat music in the restaurant/pool area starting at 8:30 a.m. and lasting all day. Otherwise it was wonderful, and we will definitely return. "

"Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees :) there was a telescope and it also has a clicker where I think you could take your own photos, there are rechargeable lamps, a rechargeable bank that has multiple outlets, they have a flashligh, complementary beach, essentials, and snacks for purchase in the room since you can’t bring many items into the Carretera Zona Arqueológica Tulum-Punta. The beach club was cute. Be sure to check it out. Great food, great service, and great views on the beautiful blue beach. If you get cold a lot like me, bring your own small fluffy blanket (plane travel size) and maybe a jacket at night for night walks bc it gets breezy."
