"Our stay was very good. We have stayed here several times. The breakfast buffet is very good. The beach access that is provided Is very nice. A 10 minute walk, or shuttle provided. The checkout process was not efficient today. Agents take too much time checking in and checking out guests. 2 guests in front of me took 20 minutes to check in. I simply wanted to checkout. Bill should be tallied and incidental expenses provided prior to checkout. Should take no more than 3 minutes. I presented myself 25 minutes before our scheduled ride to airport. We had to contact driver to tell of checkout delay"

"When I first arrived, I thought the room was small and the air conditioning didn't work. I was wrong. I just needed to adjust the settings. The room is a fine size for the price and the food was delicious. This is truly my favorite hotel in the Philippines so far. "
