"Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly and held our bags till our rooms were ready. Went to breakfast in the hotel and although service was very slow, the waitress was attentive and the food was delicious. When we went to check in I was given a room upgrade since 2 out of 3 of our rooms were ready. Highly recommend this place to stay. Also, we were given free margaritas!!! "

"Nice attempt at an upgrade on the back side of the BNA. Location is good but removed from activity or Nasvegas stuff I tried every chair in the lobby and my room not one was worth sitting in for more than 5 min. Attractive yes, functional NO"

"Great stay with family. We stayed for 2 nights. There was a small spot of water damage in the bathroom, other than that, the room was in perfect condition. I loved the shower, the online check in, and keyless entry. "

"My room mate ended up getting ill during our stay. They moved her to another room on the same floor and checked in with her while I attended out conference. They brought her meds and were genuinely concerned. Ashley at the front desk was amazing! I will 100% be back again some day!"

"Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and several museums and great food options. Wasn’t thrilled to be the room next to the housekeeping’s area or where they thought it was ok to open and close the same door(s) over and over, with no regard for the rooms in the immediate area. The have full blast conversations like they were at a nightclub and needed to be as loud as they were. At first I thought it might be a bachelorette party but no it was the housekeeping crew. Other than that it was fine. "
