Excellent stay. The room was very clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Kind of minimalist but everything you need. Had no problems at all. Never heard the train others have mentioned. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Great value for the money!

Staff was gracious and welcoming. Lobby and bar were beautifully lit and warmly inviting. Room was clean and spacious. The Murphy bed was just ok, but overall we were pleased with the nicely equipped room, as well as the location!

The room was spacious and the utilities were efficient and helpful. Decent view and great natural lighting. Ample parking and the staff was helpful. Bummer the train is so close and the bar and restaurant weren’t open yet. Would definitely stay here again if circumstances called for it!

Super loud talking and music playing in other rooms on the 5th floor, late at night, for 4 consecutive nights. Seems like a potential party being hosted. If not for the sound conditioner provided, it would have been really frustrating. As is, it was annoying. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I was a little concerned to see how close it was to the train tracks when we arrived, but was pleasantly surprised that noise was not an issue. Walking distance to several fun bars/breweries and not too far from the stadium.

Apartment was great, loads of space, really nice and clean. Reception is a bit of a mess, shop is barely half stocked and bar and restaurant is permanently closed but there are some lovely bars and restaurants across the railway track

Loved the big room equipped with much more than I needed for a 1 night stay. Loved that there was a scooter downstairs that I took to Broadway. Loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the soccer park and that there was an excellent bar just across the train tracks!

If the rates here reflected the room it would have been ok but it was just as expensive as a much nicer hotel. It was such a weird experience. We had to use key codes and go through two locked hallways to get to our room. The bed was a drop down Murphy bed and the room looked lived in. The staff was wonderful and helpful and I hope they get better support from ownership. There was a weird bar that’s closed down and it looked like someone went to the grocery store and threw some grocery items in the “store”. It’s was not what we expected and was not a comfortable place to stay. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. Would not stay again but operate the staff trying to help us out. The hotel is not worth the money they charge and it is not the way the owner represent it online.

Bed was super uncomfortable. The nice bar that is show in the pictures is NOT open. The only reason we stayed at the hotel was it was only a weekend and it was local to coffee shops and restaurants near by that were walking distance. We only stayed here at nights. The hotel also gives you a 6 digit code to use when you get in the elevator to get your floor. And you use it to access the doors that lead to your room. We used it about 4 times just to get from lobby to our room! Parking you pay for just fyi and it’s a small parking lot. The kitchen portion is not located in the rooms. It’s a community kitchen and seemed to be stocked with basic items such as cups and mugs and such. There is a train track right beside it!!!! While we were sleeping we never heard it but just know it’s right there!!! Overall wouldn’t go back honestly.

Th room was very clean. But the AC did not work. We went to the front desk about it and they said it was slow to cool down but it would, it never cooled down, they did nothing to accommodate us on this situation and when I called the number they gave me to reach the front desk I was forced to leave a voicemail and was never called back.
