Excellent location and one of the most beautiful boutique properties I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed in many). Our concierge, Hannah was beyond accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Nashville. It was also a bonus knowing that a portion of the proceeds from our hotel bill were being donating back to community. I’d give this property even more stars if I could.

I recently stayed at The Russell in Nashville and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed with so much character and charm that really makes it stand out from typical hotel stays. Avery was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish, which made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The thoughtful touches truly elevated the stay—the snacks, koozies, plush bathrobes, and overall amenities far exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy and felt very secure, which is always a huge plus. The location was also super convenient—within walking distance to a few great restaurants, and only about a $5 Lyft ride to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer without the hassle. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location, the contactless system worked smoothly, staff quickly responsive via text, thoughtfully laid out room that included a sound machine and a hot and cool bladeless fan. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. They even have a cute Photo Booth. The building is beautiful. And we love that it’s not part of a large hotel chain and that part of the cost goes to local homeless ministries.

Parking included across the street. Loved The Russell. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in that area. Close by to restaurants. Beautiful lobby to hangout. There was a filtered water and ice machine on each floor with a microwave. Bottled water and snacks provided in the room with a coffee machine. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. We did notice that grab bars are needed in the shower for safety reasons.

This place is awesome. We've stayed here a couple of times and it is always clean, quiet, and SO COMFORTABLE. The beds are awesome. Good water pressure. We're typically in town for events at Basement East so the location is prime. We love The Russell and book for almost every trip to Nashville.

The Russell was beautiful, clean, they had complimentary snacks and water, I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer (fabulous for thick hair). The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Nice historic neighborhood, quiet.
