This place is a little dated but the room was nice and the pool was clean. Parking was right at the door. Nice location things weren't especially close but not to far either. Staff was very friendly.

It was an "historic" hotel and had the vibe as such. The room was one of the newer "remodeled" rooms, yet there was still more improvements needed. Just needed a place to sleep and it sufficed. Staff was friendly and greeted me all the time.

Location is good and cheap. It's under renovation and a bit old looking so should spruce up real well when complete. If you're keen you can walk to town it's not that far and it is what it is for the price. Staff were lovely and friendly so I can't complain, I got more than what I paid for in that regards.

Staff were great, room on the other hand was not that clean, old rags behind the bed. Mattress was wet, so u couldn't sleep, the room floor was covered in roach spray like they mopped with it or something, was to happy.

Receptionist is helpful. Maids are very dirty and do not clean even to a decent standard. Stains, sticky floors (I wiped down and disinfected after check in), mold, water damage to where the inner walls were opened for bugs to enter. Management simply needs to supervise the maids because it's causing their rooms to deteriorate more quickly due to moisture damage. Rooms have no door sweep to keep dust, debris and hot air out of the rooms. Towels and and bed sheets don't smell clean at all (skimped on detergent). Pool is clean and BBQ grills are in decent condition.

The Drake Inn is a bit rundown - but it's what I expected of a 'vintage' hotel. The staff were very helpful - and Lennie (from housekeeping) was the best!

Cute, Cozy, and Comfortable

The staff was amazing, my room very cute and cozy, comfy bed, quiet and peaceful despite being right in Nashville. Conveniently close to everything and a great rate, 10/10!
Broadway with so much to do, (GoodNight Nashville is JellyRoll's bar) is less than a ten minute drive, under 4 miles.
