"I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big. The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. My two young kids felt like home and were sad to leave. The roof top pool, fire pit, gym and three jacuzzis were great. Great location to main attractions. I don’t tend to leave reviews but I had to. Do not hesitate to book. Thank you to all staff at Bloom for making our family holidays memorable."

"Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car."

"Overall, there are likely not enough words to describe our stay at Muare Tulum. If you’re looking for a peaceful, tranquil stay, you will find it here. The rooms were stunning, from the design to the comfort level. It was similar to having your own private oasis, and we enjoyed whenever we returned from an excursion. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and had numerous meals there. The included breakfast was perfect, and there were additional options available for those with a more picky palate. Overall, the staff were above par. Special shoutout to Mauricio at the bar, who I enjoyed interacting with daily and his recommendations for places to visit in the Tulum. All staff were great and made the experience incredibly enjoyable. Would certainly stay here again in any future trips. Only commentary, and this probably applies to Tulum in general, is the high rate of taxi’s and shuttle options. The hotel was helpful in securing a private transfer from the airport which, as a first timer, was appreciated. Taxis charge fixed rates to most Tulum sites, so for myself, I likely will look to rent a car next time to ensure I have more options to explore as necessary. Again, not a reflection of the hotel in any way shape or form, but a general comment to navigating around Tulum. "

"I loved everything about this stay! I had my own little private pool and I absolutely loved my room. I had a little kitchen and my bed was super comfy. Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough! "

"A Quiet Hidden Gem We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki. If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it. We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel. If in Tulum again, we would definitely return. "
