Great location 10mins walk from Nishiki Market and lots of shops nearby. Room was great, nice and clean. There’s a communal dining room and kitchen upstairs, we used it to give the kids breakfast from the local convenience store, and to have an Uber Eats dinner one night when it was pouring rain.

We stayed in a Moderate Large room. Pros: - location was fantastic. The area around the hotel had many interesting shops, restaurants and close to an grocery store. The walk to the subway station was under 10 min. - very quiet - had on-site laundry - the cafe in the hotel made delicious beverages Cons: - no view and the room was very dark. - no wall hooks anywhere, so couldn't hang up towels. The hotel did provide new towels daily upon request. Hangers were plentiful so hanging up coats was fine. - parts of the white walls in the bathroom were stained - room felt very small - the garbage bin in the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen.
