The hotel is in a great neighborhood location, walkable to tourist sites and train stations. The room was quite large, clean, and spacious, the front desk was really helpful with answering questions and providing guidance. It was great having an on site laundry at the hotel where we washed our clothes in the evening.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with calling restaurants to make advance reservations and arranging taxi bookings. The hotel rooms were very clean, and by Japanese standards, the room size was quite spacious. The location is also very convenient—quiet yet close to the action. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers a room with 4 beds which is the main reason why I chose to stay. Cleanliness and hotel staff are good. Amenities nothing to shout about. Location wise, I found it quite far from the places we planned to go. Me and family spent 30mins walking back to hotel everyday.

Apartment room is ver roomy for the four of us. Love the double toilets, double vanity and kitchenette. Hotel is 20 to 40 minute bus ride to all major attractions or a taxi ride away. Laundry room is useful as well. There are restaurants and convenience stores within 10 minute walk.

A great place for families in Kyoto

A wonderful hotel in a quiet neighbourhood in Kyoto. Super family friendly and very well set up. Great to rent items like a rice cooker or iron, and to have the laundry room in the building. Staff were really friendly and helped us numerous times. Would highly recommend!
