The staff was great and always helpful. Everything is keeped clean and a quiet place for a restful sleep. It is a bit of a walk from the train station with large luggage unless you take a taxi or uber. They do not allow large luggage on the city bus system.

The rooms are always great. I've stayed at this hotel during 3 of my trips to Kyoto. It's in a good location between the station and some great morning/evening attractions in case you miss buses.

Nice hotel with great rooms. We got our rooms at a great price too. There’s a convenience store across the street and there are bus stations on every corner of the intersection where the hotel is - very convenient! Most food places are about a 10 minute walk towards Shin-Omiya station. Overall would consider coming back to this location!
