We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Granvia! The hotel is beautiful, with lovely amenities and very attentive staff. Service was quick and excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The location is fantastic, right at the train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around and explore. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay

Excellent Location and Wonderful Stay Hotel Granvia Kyoto is in a very convenient location, right above Kyoto Station, making it easy to access trains, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Granvia Kyoto, especially for its location and excellent service.

Beautiful property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful and most spoke okay English. Food was atrociously expensive (we ordered half a sandwich and fries (about 15), and a cup of coffee (no refills) and it came to about $40 USD. Breakfast buffet was 5,000 yen. A cup of coffee was 1,500 yen, or about 7 USD.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Granvia Kyoto. The location simply couldn’t be better—being directly connected to Kyoto Station made getting around the city and traveling by Shinkansen incredibly convenien If you’re visiting Kyoto and want comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Hotel Granvia Kyoto. I would definitely stay here again
