"Noisy inside the building "

"Todo el hotel está con moqueta y se ve bastante lleno de manchas. La habitación era amplia pero con el mobiliario era viejo, espejo y jaboneras oxidadas, solo había un enchufe en toda la habitación. "

"I did like my view of the pool. No instructions were left for the water dispenser so not sure how to use it. We got locked out because I could not see the entire electronic keypad to key in the code when we first got there. Panicked but managed to have access to it after a while. Quite a fair distance to walk to the nearest mall. Could not watch anything on TV as it would not connect to any free to air channels. It would be helpful to have some instructions and also a listing of some nearby...

"出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。"

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor. "The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The area felt safe and it was easy to get to public transport or walk everywhere if you want to. Perfect place to rest for a couple of nights while exploring KL."

"Property was good but toiletries are missing, regular house keeping should be there, food options should be more. Staff is cooperative though"

"Not bad overall. Cleaniness of the rooms need improvement, saw ants crawling all over when you have food in the room for less than a day. The flush was leaking the whole night. Area is convenient and good food around for cheap price. "
