Great Customer Service and Location

Fantastic hotel with big room and Twin Tower views. Easy connectivity to the mall and PWTC station for commute. Breakfast had a good spread of local and international. Mr Fauzi from front desk was extremely helpful and friendly to guide and provide any customer support.

Cockroaches (2 confirmed kills) in the room, very basic TV, not smart no Netflix connectivity and the Internet at night dropped to unusable levels for streaming from my fire stick. Hotel in Bad need of an upgrade of facilities. Breakfast very crowded. Gym looks like it's from the early 90.machines in bad condition and basic.

Superb Stay

have been to this hotel multiple times for business porpose. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner will come to your room twice daily for cleaning and top up your mineral bottles/tea/coffee which is cool. Breakfast served is variety and delicous as well. This hotel is very close to shopping mall and connecting LRT which is superb. Will coming back to this hotel for business/holiday purpose. Recommended!
