"We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful. "

"I have staying at the Tokyu stay for the last ten years. Nothing but positive for the hotel. Mattress is comfortable compared to other hotel. The fact the rooms have washing machine/dryer in every room is a huge bonus! Less clothes and more souvenirs "

"Generally, was a nice place to stay. Whether it is 4 star standard, I have my reservations. I stayed in 3 star places that had better amenities. Handy position in Tokyo...central to plenty of places to visit. Staff were great and very helpful with all types of requests. A little annoying that the resturant and bar did not take cash payments."
