Staff are very helpful and would go beyond to help you out. The place is also very close to the station and about 8 mins from Ameyoko market. Overall we had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the place if you stay in Ueno.

For the most part, I liked this hotel. Everything was standard and as expected. The thing that kind of threw me off was the 10AM checkout time and the fees associated with checking out at a later time per hour. I was also kind of shocked at how expensive the airport transfers cost. The staff were all really great and the rooms were more spacious than I expected which was nice!
