"Overall experience was great with upscale facilities. The self-serviced laundry facility was a plus. Only comments are difficulties communicating with staff due to language barrier. Also, hotel should consider having more English speaking TV channels available in the rooms."

"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"Clean room. And big for standard tokyo rooms. Cleaning done as was advised to us. My son loves the yukata provided daily. Though i the bed is not to my liking. "
