"Great stay, really comfortable room, check in staff were super helpful. Only rated staff down by one star because my colleagues and I got accused of stealing from the shop one night… it’s a self service shop, we had paid and were walking away, then got questioned by the girl on the check in desk in an accusatory way. Should also add she was too busy chatting to colleagues to notice if we’d paid, so we didn’t appreciate this interaction. Suggestion is to improve your system rather than accuse paying guests. "

"My experience with the 33 Hotel was phenomenal! From the moment I stepped into the lobby my traveling companion and i were treated like royalty! My front desk agent J.R was so polite, handsome, helpful, professional, and generous! We had a slight hiccup with our credit card and he was so helpful and understanding. He allowed us to go to the private lounge area until we got our funds sorted out. Such a sweet gesture that really made our night after 7 hours of travel. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was very luxurious! Overall the room was kind of underwhelming for the amount of money we paid but the fact that it was very clean made up for it. If you stay at this hotel make sure you ask for J.R he is amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable! He will make sure you receive royal treatment for the duration of your stay! "

Everytime I book a stay, Facondo and melisa, and their team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel."
