"Rooms were not clean. Changed from first room due to foul odor. Second room with multiple pieces of long hair on the fitted sheet of a double bed. Same hair found in folded towels in Bathroom. Same hair found on sink counter. Took hours for someone to clean same room and bring new towels. Bed linen appeared to be changed. Towels not changed. Had to make second request after arriving back to room in the evening after a conference event. Bar was adequate with friendly staff. No hair dryer, ironing board in room. Closet too small to hang clothes due to safe and refrigerator. Foul odor left in room once cleaned after second night causing me to open window to fumigate. I would not recommend. "

"The staff are great, amenities more than adequate, breakfast had decent choices for my particular culinary needs and the room was clean and comfortable if a little on the small side."

"Clean room but Ash burned through sheets , smelled like cigarettes… the shower head broke off and the repair Guy told me he was off shift so he doesn’t know what to tell us, came upstairs and attempted to fix jt but then told us he couldn’t and ran out of our room. I also booked for a coty view room , which means not on the 1st floor. Besides that nice stay … will be attempting to stay COMFORTABLY again. "
