Staff were very helpful and kind, especially Yotaro for check in and Mon Myat Thu in the restaurant, (who saw me with my Matcha powder in the breakfast buffet and promptly offered to make me a Matcha latte!). Great breakfast buffet. Best hotel experience we’ve had in years! We’ll look for other locations should we return to Japan."

"The room was really nice. Very spacious and beautifully designed. Our room appeared to be one of two rooms overlooking a car park but that didn’t bother us. It was a bonus to be able to log in to Netflix at the end of long days touring and making use of the hotel’s happy hour between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. There’s easy access to their garden. We didn’t eat at their restaurant and the breakfast option did seem a bit pricey. All staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend."
