"Room is big and spacious. Location is good as near to KSL. Only thing for improvement will be to provide more toiletries and if there is a hand hold shower head rather than just the fixed one."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."
