"È bello trovare un albergo ancora in stile locale. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile, e questo ci è piaciuto molto. I bagni/restroom in comune sono pochi: questo potrebbe essere uno svantaggio quando ci sono tanti ospiti presenti. Forse questo e l'arredo dei bagni un po' datato sono i punti dolenti del nostro soggiorno. I locali comunque erano sempre puliti e in ordine. "Very clean, bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. Also appreciated the friendly staff, great view and free use of the washer and dryer. Only real complaint was that every morning about sixish some really loud local announcement would sound from the building across the street. Not really the hotels fault but it woke us up every morning. One thing to be aware of is there isn't much sound proofing so if you get unlucky and have noisy neighbors it could be a problem."

"We booked an en-suite Japanese room. The futons didn’t get rolled away in the day. We arrived and there were no towels in the room. They were provided when we asked. The room had a toilet in one room, a “bath tub” in another- when I say bath it was like a load of pallets nailed together! At least there was plenty of hot water. The wash basin was in another room and it hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long! I asked for it to be cleaned and it was but was then only 80% clean and the area...

"Had a terrific stay at the Asakusa View Hotel! The hotel is clean, staff are extremely helpful, and the location is a plus! A subway station is right in the vicinity and several outstanding restaurants and shopping stores are also just a short walk away. To go back to the stay, there was an issue that I was having with the air conditioner not functioning. A phone call was made to the reception at someone was at the room in a matter of minutes (at 2am). The issue was quickly resolved. Highly recommend and i would definitely be back when i visit Tokyo. "
