Akitaya is always a great stay. I’ve stayed here both times I’ve been to Kamakura and I plan to stay here again when I return! The rooms are a traditional Japanese style which I think everyone should experience! The hotel is conveniently placed next to Koshigoe station which makes it really easy to get around. They even give you free tea in the room! The staff are always super friendly and even did my laundry for me. I definitely recommend this place!

A simple but lovely inn close to the beaches and right across the street from a local Enoden train station, which takes you to all the local spots in Kamakura including the famous temples and Kamakura station. The owner was a lovely, accomodating host and even gave me the recommendation to check out Hase-dera Temple, a gorgeous place that I probably would have missed had she not recommended it. Definitely a chill and affordable place to stay!

駅近で電車の本数もあり食事や観光には困りませんでした！
バスタオル200円、浴衣300円でレンタルできますがドライアーは ないので持って行くのをお勧めします！

スタッフの方は親切に対応してくれます。設備は、価格相応ですが、清潔さは、問題ない。宿泊したのが大部屋を襖で区切った部屋なので、おそらく隣の声や音は、聞こえそうでしたが、隣に宿泊された子連れのご家族が、静かに過ごしてくれたので、快適でした。近くのシラスのお店の料理も満喫できて良かったです。

ロケーション良し風呂良し古都鎌倉の船宿。次回は船釣を楽しみたい！
車を留め玄関から声をかけると直ぐに女将さんの笑顔に迎えられた。
大雨の中の屋外仕事だった為、チェックイン後すぐに利用出来た２４ｈ風呂が冷えた身体に嬉しかった。
広めの湯船にのびのび浸かり充分癒された。
大風呂も有るが今回は貸切風呂を利用した。
夕食後も再び一風呂浴びてから就寝。
翌日は快晴。
早朝風呂に浸った後、午前11時まで目前に広がる腰越漁港で安全な釣りを楽しんだ。
西側堤防は人も疎らで密の危険は無かった。
施設付近には義経の腰越状で有名な満福寺や日蓮の龍口寺などの名刹が多く、江ノ島へもハイキング気分で歩いて行ける距離。
流石は古都鎌倉といったところ！
次回は秋田屋さんの船で船釣を満喫したい。

The shared bathroom are two onsens. The larger one is open for limited hours and the smaller ones are open 24/7. Both are private so guests can expect to have the onsen to themselves.

人気地へリーズナブルに泊まれる宿。
江ノ電の腰越駅から徒歩数分です。駐車場は腰越漁港へ停めます。腰越商店街に面した通り沿いなのでスーパーマーケットで買い物も出来ます。部家は和室で布団を敷きます。浴室は貸切浴場が利用できますが快適でした。トイレも共同ですが温水洗浄便座で快適でした。江ノ島へも散歩しながら行けました。食事は木曜日は定休ですが、それ以外は１Fで美味しい魚料理を食べられます。
