The owner's guidance was great, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner. I appreciate you showing me the constellations at the observatory.
Guest House inside mountain run by an old Japanese couple. They are very helpful and friendly. The environment is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast is simple but good enough as it is made by heart!
> We had a great stay here while traveling with my wife and son. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and couldn’t find any restaurants open, but the owner helped us by drawing a handwritten map and explaining everything clearly — it was really thoughtful.

> The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with a classic Western–Japanese style. One of the highlights was the observatory. The owner gave us a tour and showed us the planets, which was absolutely amazing and something our family will never forget.

The owner is awesome, help us with restaurant n places to interest to visit. Very friendly, breakfast very good. Hair dryer alittle old, not enough to dry hair.
The place offers deep tubs in each room as well as a public ofuro. I didn't get to use the (milky way) onservatory due to weather conditions, but it is available. The best part for my stay was however was due to the friendly owner. He had given me info for best local spots and I enjoyed my chat with him. Hope his business prospers.
The service level at this place is exceptional. The charming owner couple is incredibly kind and highly knowledgeable about the region. Their level of genuine service surpasses that of any five-star hotel concierge!
Additionally, the breakfast and dinner they serve are not to be missed. The meals feel like they are prepared by a Japanese mother, offering a comforting and authentic culinary experience.
The host couple were extremely kind and helpful despite they didn't speak much English. Rooms were tidy and clean!
We had the privilege to see the stars and moon via the host's professional telescope....fascinating! A very memorable stay!

Super Friendly Owners, Spacious Room, Nice Private Onsen, and Delicious Breakfast.
The owner even showed us the stars with his telescope!
There are stargrazing offered by the host on his own initiative.
Best to include half-board (Dinner Breakfast) as you need to drive out to find restaurants (and most will close by 5 or 6 pm) and quite a distance away
Need to pre-order the breakfast and breakfast, as last minute request is not acceded.
We have an excellent breakfast offered.
We find the dinner menu (as shared by the host) has an excellent spread.
Strongly recommend for those who want peace and quiet and a very host (together with his wife) who is very friendly and caring
The owner was helpful and enthusiastic. His telescope setup was really good and his startle was wonderful. He had many suggestions for touting and sight seeing.
