"What they do well, they do really well. Staff was incredible across the board. Commodore suite was beautiful. The overall grounds are very well maintained. Only complaint i have is that the butler service was advertised as 24/7 but were only there part of the day, were hard to get ahold of, and changed daily. Other guests that we attended a tour with seemed to get much better service so perhaps we just got a dud, but it was disappointing. Overall a terrific stay though. "

The property is clean & conveniently located in a developing area within walking distance to near by attractions (T Mobile District, Coca Cola Music Hall, San Juan Marina & local restaurants). The Staff provided 5 Star worthy Customer Service! Specifically, Adrianna provided exceptional customer service. Her friendly smile & warm greeting made my family and I feel truly welcomed & confirmed we made the right choice in hotels. She went above & beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable in our room. Zadielle is a true asset to the establishment. Our checkout process was seamless & he was so kind and patient with my family. He assisted me with obtaing additional documents for our trip & he was happy to help. Thank you so much!
