The pool guys provided an excellent service. The front desk at checkout did not let us finish our lunch at the pool and demanded pay $55/pp to stay. Poor customer service for a puerto rican family that came to the island for a short vacation

Loved that the beach was right there. The pool area was amazing. Staff were very friendly. We did get stuck in the elevator and were forced to use the steps for a night but that wasn’t a huge deal.

It’s an amazing hotel, clean, very pretty, connected next to Embassy suite. The pool area is shared with them so it’s great! You can pay to use the embassy breakfast that’s $22 plus tax per person but it’s has a good variety of food option. I am originally from PR and this is a great hotel to stay at.

We had to change room because of a leak thru lightbulb of bathtub. The other room was very good, no problems. Overall rooms need a little updating. Other than that pool and facilities are very good. I always enjoy staying here. My best choice is room with pool or sea view.

Everything about our stay was great, except the pigeon problem. Invading pigeons every time we tried to sit on the patio and pigeon droppings ALL OVER the patio. Other than that, staff was great, service was great, pool and beach great.

Outdoor pool is amazing with the beach right next to it. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the near future only because of the scenery and the amazing balcony view of the ocean. The only hiccup is the rooms do not appear modern nor as clean especially when you first arrive there. I did see a rip in the curtains, and the smell of mold. House cleaning wasn’t up to part as well and there was no plates, cups, or spoons for us to eat or use the microwave . The staff is friendly though.

This hotel is 1star dressed up as 4. The hotel needs a major make over. The rooms had a very strong mildewy smell. Everything in the room was dated and very uncomfortable. The windows were filthy. Cleaning staff was a joke. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper almost daily at the front desk. Staff at the front desk were ok. They cleaned the room one day in a seven day stay. Elevator had issues, there were power issues, TV remotes were horrible and I can just go on and on. The pool area and the surrounding resort however was nice.The restaurant’s by the Golf course and casino were also very good.

The landscaping was beautiful. The pool area and the beach area was so nice and relaxing. However , the hotel itself could use some updating . Carpet in the rooms was badly stain. Couldn’t walk bare footed if you wanted . It was the same on the hallways. Bed skirts was torn and or ripped and need replacing. The furniture was chipping and just badly stained. It’s definitely time for a remodel. When I pay for a hotel I want to be able to relax not be on edge and scared to sit down in my room. I was going to cancel and pay for a whole separate hotel but I sucked it up and dealt with it and was uncomfortable the entire time
