The outside amenities were very nice as well as the pool bar and staff. My room was ok but it could use a uodate as furniture was scratched up and the bathroom looked outdated but clean. I was only there for 2 days on business and just needed a place to rest so id say it was good.

Room was clean, beach was nice. Location was nice. Power was off for, "Maintenance" for 6 hours. The staff handled it appropriately. Place was all Id expect for a 3 star, a blend of dated furniture blended with 4 star amenities. Worth the price.

We were a little skeptical with some of the reviews that we had read. Rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was wonderful from Carlos and staff at the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone who worked they was very helpful, informative and welcoming. Area safe not so much traffic resort wasn’t far from restaurants, casino, stores or bars. It’s about a half an hour from San Juan. Will definitely be returning back, especially if we’re I the or around the area highly recommended.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Excellent dining was nearby. The pool was nice. The views and the beach were fantastic. The pool area didn't have enough chairs and the umbrellas were small. Other guests were sometimes noisy. The power went out just before we checked out, so we had to carry our luggage down 5 flights, however one staff member helped us down 3 flights. We would definitely stay here again!

It was such a hassle getting in and out of that place. I will definitely never will stay there again and on top of that I had to pay for a parking space something I have never done in about the past that was an extra expense that I didn’t expect it the carpets wear like old and stain. It’s just like an old building. I have staying way better and cleaner where I don’t have to even pay parking space what a shame. The only thing I have to say is that staff was nice that just about it. It’s a shame that there is a nice hotel on front and I had to stay on the one on the back which is a dump very very unhappy about all that place.

The pool is really nice, the beach is really small (better go to Dorido beach, 3 miles away). And the apartment was spacious with a great view but …. in a very bad condition. The entire place needs a serious makeover, starting with new floors (instead of dirty carpet covering some “unstable “ floor, and dirty old tiles. The bathroom had mold, dirty tiles, very noisy inefficient A/C. The microwave had an hole inside, the cooking top was moving… We will not come back.

This the good, the bad and the ugly. Spoiler alert, there's no ugly. Let's start with the good. Amenities, room and staff (front desk) no complaints. The place is beautiful and well maintained, with the exception of the pool bar that was being remodeled and it was closed but there was service available on the side. Why 3 stars? Because the room was not setup to hotels standards. Something basic like like hand towels and wash clothes were not avaliable. We have to request them, also when the room was serviced, the bath mat was taken and not replaced. Towels were not replaced this is Something basic that creates inconveniences. We had a good stay and I would give it a 4 stars if it wasn't a basic hotel standard problem.

The staff was amazing, shout out to Carlos, Yashira and Sabrina! The hotel itself needs a bit of work per se. The microwave fell apart in my hand when I went in the room. The shower was wet after I checked in, there were tiny bugs in the shower curtain and the bedroom drawers were old and dirty on the inside. The counter tops were dusty and had some debree and the ceiling should be checked because I saw a lot of water filtration in the hallways. The carpets with water stains were dead giveaways. The closet in my bedroom closed but it was broken and out of place and the safe had a giant cut out hole on the side. The air conditioning works well and the room is small but comfortable. The curtains have to be tied with a hair clip because they didn’t close fully. Overall I think this place needs some work. But overall for the beach access and location provided it’s debatable whether the price fits or not. It’s up to you honestly, I’m my honest opinion I don’t think I’ll book here again. But staff wise everyone was great.

We had a nice stay overall, mainly because of the beach, where we spent about 95% of our time. The beach itself is naturally beautiful and has a lot of potential. We only used the pool a couple of times, but it was very clearly well maintained and clean. Most guests seemed to spend their time there, which may explain why the pool area is in better condition. The pool is also a shared space with a neighboring hotel, and it appears to be well managed. Unfortunately, the room was very underwhelming. It felt old, worn, and extremely humid, which caused a persistent musty smell—especially on rainy days. Although housekeeping did clean regularly, the issues were clearly related to the condition of the room rather than cleanliness. Rusty kitchen appliances (including the toaster) and outdated fixtures made the space feel neglected. The beach, while beautiful, could benefit from much better upkeep. There was a noticeable amount of seaweed, dirt, cigarette butts, and other debris, and it didn’t seem like it was being cleaned or maintained regularly. We still had a pleasant time thanks to the location, but the experience could be significantly improved with updated rooms and better beach maintenance. With more attention to these areas, this property could be much nicer.

I’m not sure where to begin but I do know I want a full refund. I am 6 months pregnant and 2 days out of my stay, there was no electricity or running water from about 10am until about 5pm. The elevator was down so I actually had to walk up 3 flights. When the electricity was working, I couldn’t even watch tv in my room because they gave us the wrong remote. Hospitality did not come clean my room a single day or night I was there. When I arrived the jacuzzi AND the shower still had hair in it from previous guests. I had to clean it myself. They did not provide any wash cloths. The ice machine did not work. The vending machines did not work. To top it off, there was also a roach in my room. The staff was nice however they would write the complaints down but wouldn’t come fix ANYTHING. Everything is also outdated. The pool and beach areas were nice. You also have access to some of the amenities in the neighboring hotels. Only good thing about this place.

Everything expected to go wrong it did. The bed was too hard I’m in pain right now. Broken thermostat the refrigerator with too high. It froze our bottles of water in a second. Torn carpet, tub didn’t look clean. Underneath the bed all torn up. Some of the front desk, people were kind of rude and professional. I hope they give me $150 deposit back. I got pictures of the room this room says this place is nasty and the really outside of the balcony the really look like it would break if pushed a little hard. I couldn’t believe how that hotel look pictures the justice for that hotel because it didn’t look nothing like the pictures and it’s next to a beautiful embassy suite. I don’t even know why they put that hotel next to it because the Embassy suites look bad. The pool area was nice. Workers made so much noise woke us up in the morning banging. Right next-door a family with a BABY! We had to call security to stop the noises the wall was so thin it’s ridiculous. I don’t know why they called it a vacation club. Couldn’t really vacation there. There was no cafe, snack bar the ice cream had frost bite on it just like the refrigerator had it in our room. If I’m not mistaken I bet they’ll try to say something I did to the room to keep my $150 security deposit. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Expedia demonstrated on their site a beautiful hotel with great amenities….all falsely advertised for this hotel. They had it rated as a 8 star hotel! The pool is shared with Embassy suites and so is everything else. When getting to the hotel there was no light posts on. When we entered the hotel it had buckets and towels on the floor. Wet spots with no caution signs. Check in was ok but when we went towards the elevator there were cracked tile and the elevator was outdated. Going down the hallway to the room the smell of marijuana lingered in the air. They had outdated tile carpet all dirty. Upon entering the room the same outdated carpet tile was in the room filthy and stained as well and the sofa bed. Sofa had a large huge stain and the room smelled of mold. Walking into the bathroom the shower was dirty and had cracked tile and gunk all over. The furniture and appliances all outdated and not what we paid for nor expected. It was definitely NOT an 8 star rating hotel! When we went down to complain they told us they had issues with Expedia because of their site. The hotel offered to the “deluxe” room which was a little better but still on the same floor with the marijuana smell.The very next day the entire hotel received a letter stating that there will be no electricity nor water for the whole day!!! When we called Expedia to complain and for them to cancel we could not get in touch with any representative only Ai. Ai did not allow for cancellation.
