I like the fact that they had nice restaurants onsite, Washer & dry on the same floor, vending machines all worked very convenient & the pool was very nice. Overall it was the right spot for just passing through with airport minutes away. The beach was right by the hotel very beautiful beach.

We booked this hotel because it is 8 minutes away from the airport and we had a 6am flight the next morning. The hotel is a very small and old building. It has been freshened up with new paint, which is good. But it is a very small concrete building with very small bathroom. Because it is close to the airport, so you can hear traffic outside. There are two restaurants downstairs. If you just need a place to crash for a night, it can meet your need.

This was a little rundown, and it didn’t feel like if it was too clean overall, but it was convenient as it was our last night before we had an early leave to the airport. Staff is extremely amazingly helpful and attentive. Even with simple things. Like the TV. Not working. Switched rooms immediately.

The property is located at the beginning of the tourism street,which is great ,The guy Carlos at the front desk was very helpful,the pool was open 24hrs,the only thing that was not cool was that puerto rico is going thru a water crisis,so all hotels had limited water hours,and water trucks everywhere pumping water at hotels ,food and night life were awesome nice area close to everything,rooms need to be upgraded but for the price can't complain

It was clean it was it was very much like a motel room back in the 70s or 60s but it was perfect. The restaurant bar was great. The food was excellent. Service was great people all around the pool was great.

Very disappointed with this hotel was not clean when we got to the hotel we checked in and they gave us key cards to one of the rooms and there was no key card to get into the room. It was an actual key when we looked inside the rooms they were not clean at all very upset. The staff was amazing very helpful, but I will not be going back to this hotel.

The pictures were nothing close to what the room looked like. It was awful. There were 3 of us and we didn’t even fit in the room with our luggage. The beds were disgusting and the bathroom even worse. The one positive was the staff and manager. They were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They couldn’t have been better, truly a class act.

The hotel was not in good condition, everything looks old and dirty. The tower was not good, the bed was old and the bed sheets had holes and looked old. I have no received my deposit money yet $75. Food was expensive. Only the parking lot was fair and good. The staff was friendly and professional. Parking lot was very comfortable and convenient. Car rental company over charge me money, they have no refunds my $200 dollar after return the car yet , it’s been a week, Customer service was very abusing with price and service. Not good service from car rental company. I need my $75 dollar from coral by the sea hotel and I need my $200 deposit from rent car. I have no received any money yet after I left these places.

The best thing about the hotel is the swimming pool. We had to change rooms after the first night because the toilet would not work properly. Also, the a/c in the room was very weak, the bathroom is minuscule, no hair dryer in the whole hotel, very poor lighting in the room and the bathroom. In the second room we had to get maintenance to fix that toilet also. The whole room needs a paint job. There are cracks in the walls and there is a piece of glass missing from the bathroom window that doesn’t allow the a/c to have its full effect. We had to put the bathroom mirror back up because it fell off of the wall. To top it off the mattress on the bed is way too soft. There is no way that this should be rated as a 3 star hotel. Because of this experience my wife would rather that I never use Expedia again. It could have been a great trip for my birthday, but , what a disappointment !!!
