"Amazing service, very friendly staff. I think the best service I got in UK so far. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to US hotel rooms but still double. Loved the room decoration and the design. The only thing to point out is the shower tub didn’t drain the water well, but I think it’s a fixable issue. Overall really liked it and planning to come back again "

"Hotel was a great location, clean and warm and all the staff bar our initial welcome by a receptionist was first class ( we did not see that receptionist again - cold, abrupt and not bothered) but everyone else was amazing. The peacock bar was lovely and a nice twist on major cocktails with a Yorkshire twist and the breakfast was so nice, great staff and freshly cooked food nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend. "
