"Comfortable cosy stay in lovely, clean cottage which is dog friendly. Situated minutes from shops meaning you can easily get your essentials or grab a drink in a lovely pub. Nice location and suitable base to drive to other parts of the region. The cottage was clean and presented as described. WiFi was excellent throughout ( I know that’s required for some, but not us) Has a small back garden, which is gated and perfect for dogs to stretch their legs."

"Nice clean bedsit-type flat with everything we needed for a two night stay. Not too far from the Brudenell, which was the reason for our trip. Bed was comfy, shower cubicle probably wouldn’t be big enough to contain the larger guest but was fine for us. Communication with Zack was excellent. Not sure what the previous guests were like but there were a LOT of air fresheners around the flat! I wish there were more people in the world like him. The world would be a better place. The hotel is amazing and so are all the other employees. Love the location!"

"Disappointing - room size decent but had to search for kettle, coffee and tea found in a warm wardrobe with milk sachets looked like it hadn't been filled for weeks. Curtains hard to close had to lean on back of sofas to reach. Breakfast cool hot food, not much choice . Only filter coffee tasted like it had been stood a while and a domestic toaster just the one"

"Unfortunately in our room the ventilation was not working and had a error come up if you tried to restart the air conditioning. We did not really need air conditioning for cooling that much but just flowing air would have been much nicer as the room but a bit muggy and musky because lack of air flow. Windows did open a bit we found so that did help. Room was well fitted out but some things did not work, usb ports along side bed, fan in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but could have been better for sure. Good Competitive rates though as well."

"Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find."
