"I've only not given a top score on condition, as there was a ceiling water leak at ground floor between the lift and the swimming pool, which here would have a sign warning you - not that anyone slipped that I saw, but not 10/10. Perfectly located away form the bustle and the centre, but crawling distance to, it was very peaceful and the road itself quite pleasant.
