Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites

"This is the definition of a 3 star hotel. If you're looking for Waikiki on a budget... stay here. Beds were comfortable. Room was sort of clean. They definitely have room to improve. A lot of dust in uncommon places. They forgot to clean our room on the day they were supposed to and then didn't change the sheets because we left a phone charger on the bed. Weird. The bell hop did not direct us, or help us with bags at arrival. The beach is quite a walk away. The pool was nice, but weird depths. They have a travel person at the front to help you book tours. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Not on the website. Front desk staff was great. Not as crowded as other hotels was a big plus. Close to shopping and food truck parks. Lanai was nice. Quiet at night. Would stay again"

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

"Lovely resort with lots to do. Love the bars with music and happy hours. Beach and pools were beautiful. Room was very nice with ocean view. We were on the 27 floor and the elevators were incredibly fast, we never had to wait. Only con was when we checked in we were told the resort fee was twice what was quoted by Expedia was supposed to be $389 and it ended up being over $140 per night, over $800 for our stay."

"Great location and amenities. The staff is so helpful and very nice. We got there a bit early for check-in and the front desk was kind of busy but flowing. So the "international team" next to the Bell Desk helped us, and made everything so smooth and efficient to check-in without any issues."

"We had a wonderful stay at Prince Waikiki and would absolutely stay here again! The views are incredible and were one of our favorite parts of the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a birthday card and a delicious cake waiting in our room—it was such a thoughtful touch that made my birthday even more special. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They kindly accommodated our request to change to a room with our preferred view, and whenever we needed something, like a microwave or an extra chair, it was delivered to our room almost immediately. We also loved the pool, which was the perfect place to relax after exploring Honolulu. The room itself was comfortable, and the Toto toilet with the heated bidet seat was a luxurious feature we really appreciated. Another highlight was the hotel’s coffee shop—I looked forward to getting my morning coffee there every day. Overall, Prince Waikiki exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, thoughtful hospitality, and beautiful accommodations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Honolulu!"
