"The property was very new and the renovation was user friendly too. The only concern we had was shuttle bus service was too limited considering it's an "airport hotel". We were told shuttle service was not available when we arrived airport around 7:00pm. Also, there's no more shuttle service to airport after 11:05am and the bus ran only once per hour and only 12 seats were available in each of the rides."

"An upscale and hip hotel. A little on the fancy side, and a bit expensive for the traveler on a budget. Public bath, but no tattoos and this really isn't clearly posted until your naked and reaching for the door to bath. That was a little disappointing, but overall and amazing and accommodating stay. Great airport access and free shuttle. Recommended for first or last stop on your Tokyo trip. "
