Really convenient location to the airport plus there's the free shuttle. Super impressed with the shuttle driver. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant on site had a nice menu. The creme bruleé was the best I've experienced.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The surrounding area is excellent as its close.to the rail station and convenient stores and restaurants. However, the hotel seems to be outdated and old. The rooms are outdated although clean but feels like an 80s and 90s vibe.
