Excellent in every way! Clean, comfortable, modern, and exceptional location at Terminal 3 in HND. Will definitely stay there again if I need to spend a night in Tokyo to catch a morning flight, location could not be more convenient. Staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This was a perfect hotel for our stay the evening before a very early morning flight it of Tokyo. Lovely room with a view over the river looking straight at Mt Fuji! With the sun setting behind it - spectacular! Then next morning an easy 10 minute walk to our check in at Terminal 3. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved our hotel stay. Very modern, excellent room and facilities. The staff were very helpful. So close to the airport for early morning flight and no plane noise which was amazing. Also convenient location for travelling on monorail and train. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked the executive twin room for our family of 4 for our final night in japan. It was a really large room with a lounge area and walk in wardrobe. The room was so comfortable and luxurious. However our only complaint would be that the 2 beds were a bit small for 2 people and the pillows were either too soft or firm - but we were only there for 1 night. Our rate included complimentary bar fridge and access to the onsite onsen. The Osen was an absolute god send after our exhausting 2 week trip exploring Japan. We didn't expect to use the Osen as we aren't used to the idea of going nude in a public space but we did it any way and it was an amazing experience in the hot springs. We would definitely stay there again if we had an early flight out of Tokyo in the future
