"The lounge amenities were excellent. The food and beverage offerings were abundant and of high quality.
We were underwhelmed by our accommodations. We booked a Familia Suite B at considerable expense to discover that it was not a true suite at all; it was just one larger room with a kitchen area. It was disappointing.
The second thing we disliked was the misleading so called free drink coupons they provided for their Sky Lounge. When we went to use them it turned out there was a 1000 yen per person charge to sit up there. We felt duped."
