"Clean room, some peeling painter work but it is an old building. Very small car park behind, difficult to find spaces. As it’s a city centre hotel, there was a lot of noise all through the night and in the morning, so be prepared. "

"Lovely, clean room with great amenities including fridge and microwave. Bed was really comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I had a room at the front but I couldn't hear any noise at night as the double glazing was excellent. Free parking a huge bonus and the hotel was well located to walk into the city. Couldn't fault it and would definitely stay again. "

"The apartment was very clean and tidy, and of a very large size which gave it a very homely feel. the kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. Very happy with the parking and location close to Gloucester Quay for shops/bars/restaurants. "

"All felt very dated. Walls and floors all paper thin, could hear everything from folks waking at 6am, with the addition of construction work right outside the window at 7:30am. Rooms, whilst clean, were basic and tired, and far too warm with no ability to adjust temperature. Pay and display parking (with no guest discount) is a bit odd too. Not sure what grants this a 4*, but it certainly isn’t. Get what you pay for. "

"Did not get the room we booked. Told Mia truths by 3 members of staff. Told the room we had booked was having maintenance carried out. But someone else was actually in the room "

"Disgustingly dirty and bathroom/ toilet filthy. Avoid at all costs. Beds not made from last guests. Old food drink cans and full waste bins. Like sleeping rough and paying to do so"
