The swimming pool was excellent and facilities in this area were good. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was ok, bacon a bit tough and eggs very small. Every thing was help yourself. The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. It felt like a do it yourself hotel as the staff in the day were non existent. The bar was poorly stocked and we found the location too far from everything which limited what we could do in the evening.

The pool area was nice and clean and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and the food in the restaurant was really nice and reasonably priced. A good distance from the costwolds makes a nice base. Parking is cheap and plentiful. A good stay. Would recommend.

Staff friendly and helpful. Our bedroom needed a USB socket and decor was clean but tired. The windows in our room had not been cleaned for a good time, whilst at the hotel entrance they were clean. Two seats in reception doorway were damaged giving a poor first impression. I feel that the £5 per night car park charge should be refunded for resident guests. Overall decor needs an update as it appears to show little or no recent investment in this hotel. Restaurant food was good and staff very helpful. The main reason we booked was to use the pool area which was adequate.

A fabulous stay. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was lovely. Access to the pool was an added bonus. Really easy to use with free use of towels and locks. We will definitely return 😃

Out of town location. Property needs a makeover. Carpets overdue for clean or replacement. Room otherwise clean but not serviced daily. Reception staff polite and helpful but don't present a confidence in their product. Overall impression was shabby. Breakfast by 830am was limted to remains of much earlier cooked food. Had to bring attention to staff the mould on bread for toast.

Friendly check in with Dylan and Aiden. Modern style hotel, very spacious. With a health club and spa which we didn’t have time to use but we could see people arriving to make use of. Good size restaurant and bar area. Menu a little limited for the restaurant but it was okay. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom clean although shower not very powerful. It was an overnight stop so more than okay for that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was nice, it was clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool, it was warm. The shower was disappointing as it was weak, difficult to clean hair after swimming.
